We always aim to please but sometimes a client almost seems too grateful, but thank you and it’s been my pleasure.

Why do I want to post about that? Well, we always try our hardest to help customers, not just with the question at hand but a bit more then that. As well as solving the question that they have we often try to ‘teach’ them how and why things are as they are so that they will actually understand and take in the knowledge. This should mean that the client will actually benefit from our knowledge and experience and we all get better because of this, right?

And yes, we do this every time and then sometimes it all just clicks into place even more then it usually does and this is the resulting compliment we get:

What is the ‘longer’ story, you ask?

Martina works for a company that we did not yet have a connection with and she starts off by asking us a simple question. Can we help and support them with a phone connection via VoIP between the Czech Republic and Poland?

That question was allocated to me and is simple enough of course and the answer even simpler, yes, of course we can. From that moment on we have a conversation about what they want, what they need and what the relevant do’s and don’ts are. The conversation is open and it’s immediately apparent that there is mutual trust and all items that are touched upon are relevant and lead to the same goal, getting them the best possible solution and helping them understand what is involved. What makes this conversation special is the feeling of professional familiarity that arises and which makes the conversation much more open en enjoyable too.

Yes, we aim to have this same happening with every client and every conversation, request for help or information and we very often succeed, but sometimes it just feels even nicer. The end result is that all parties are feeling good about it and  that a new E-mail actually makes you smile. Isn’t that just the best thing ever, working and helping people and doing so with a smile.
