It will probably be a lot cheaper than you think to get professionally recorded IVR prompts and it does make the World of difference to your clients.

Next steps

1) Please make sure you pass the E-mail verification
2) Please complete the Customer Verification for this new client account
3) Make sure the 'old' client sends us a request and permission to move the services (all or specify which ones) to the new client details
4) From the new client, send us the permission and acceptance of those services including a confirmation that this client will take over the responsibilities with regards to these 'moved' services.


Once this is done we will notify you if there is anything else we need and as soon as the (manual) transfer has been completed. At which time we would request you to verify that all is as requested so that any mistakes can be corrected asap.
