You can access our Webchat from (almost) every page on our website. Just open the green tab that you will see on the right side edge of the page and start typing.
We try to keep web chat occupied as well as we can but it does tend to become quite busy. If we can’t answer your chat request quickly enough, please use the button for the correct department, send us an E-mail or start a Ticket if you are already a client.
If you started a webchat about a specific sales or support issue we may still ask you to create a ticket as it will take more time and or people to look into your specific situation. We trust you understand this and help us by doing so, when requested, as this is the way we can help you as best and as quickly as possible.
