Your Company Account is the main licence that switches on Voyced Connect for your business. It is created once per client as a one time setup and is needed before any users or apps can be linked to your Hosted IPPBX. This is the central record for your company details and the base on which all other connections are built.
From this Company Account you decide which apps may connect to your phone system, etc.

A User Account is for each person who will actually use Voyced Connect day to day. It links a real user to your Company Account and to their phone extension, so calls and actions are tied to the right person inside your tools.
With a User Account your staff can click to call from connected apps, see caller info where that is supported and work with the phone features that have been enabled for them. You choose how many User Accounts you need and can add more as your team grows.
