Customer verification

Business Client Verification

We welcome business clients from all over the world.
To protect you, your business, and your services, we need to confirm exactly who you are and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business.

In many cases, these details are also required by local authorities before we can activate DIDs/telephone numbers, so completing this process quickly helps us get your order up and running without delay.

Verification is required at only two points:

  1. When you start your service (KYC/KYB compliance)

  2. When you make a service-affecting request, such as a termination

What You Need to Do

When requested, please upload the necessary paperwork as soon as possible:

  • Preferably as separate PDF files

  • Clear scans or photos

  • In English wherever possible (this speeds up processing)

  • Website links or printouts cannot be accepted, as they are often unclear or can be manipulated

Step 1 – Verify Your Email

You will have received an email with a temporary link. Click it to confirm your email address.

Step 2 – Upload the Required Paperwork

You will receive a secure upload link by email. Ensure all documents match the company name, registered address, and authorised contact person we have on file.

Required documents:
a) Company details

Company name, authorised representative’s name, company address (physical and digital) and contact phone numbers (these may be randomly verified)

b) Company registration certificate

c) Dated, double-signed proof of ID with live photo for the authorised representative:

  • Accepted IDs: passport (picture/info page + signed page), national ID card (both sides), or photocard driver’s licence

  • “Double-signed” means signing and dating a blank sheet of paper in a different-coloured pen than the one used on the ID, with the word Voyced written on it as an extra marker

  • Place your ID on or next to this paper and take a live photo of yourself holding both, so that your face, the ID’s photo/signature, and the extra signature on paper are all clearly visible in one shot

  • This confirms the ID is genuine, the person is present, and the request is legitimate

d1) Proof of registered address (as shown on the company registration)

d2) Proof of trading address (if different from registered address – only if required)

e) Tax Registration Number verification

We will check this using the UK VAT checker, EU VIES, or other relevant systems

Accepted proof of address:

  • Government-issued letter

  • Utility bill (no older than 3 months)

  • Bank statement (you may hide financial details)
Not accepted: mobile phone contracts, courier invoices

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for keeping your details up to date, as stated in our T&Cs.

  • Changes must be submitted before the 25th of the month following the change.

  • If documents are not in English, provide a translated text file and certified copies. Translation fees may apply if we need to arrange this.

Approval Process

  • Approved: You’ll be notified, and we can proceed with your order.

  • Not approved: You’ll be asked to submit alternative documents.

  • Incomplete: We’ll request the missing items.

We cannot start your order until verification is completed.

File Size

  • Each file must be under 2MB. If larger, please compress it (ZIP) or remove unnecessary pages.

  • If upload is not possible, contact us for an alternative method (note: this may delay processing).

Reminder: The same verification is required for any number not registered to your main account details.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us protect your account.

Consumer client verification*

These rules are in place to verify your identity and prevent abuse. They follow the Money Laundering Regulations as set by the UK government.
