Bank account / Payment details

How can we pay our invoice(s)?

Each invoice is automatically set to the default payment method for your account and all invoices are in GBP (£).
We have different payment methods available for you and although the invoice is set for the default payment method, you can always go to an invoice in the Online Clientarea and change the payment method for that invoice.
If you would like to change the default payment method that is set for our account, just let us know and we'll adjust it for you so that future invoices are set as such.

Any order will proceed once payment is received and processed.
We will indicate an estimation of the timeframe before our systems are expected to receive and process the payment.

Credit Card
If your invoice is not set as such, please go to the invoice in the online Clientarea and select the correct payment option 'Credit Card (Stripe)'

This option will use our credit card payment processor Stripe to make the payment.

Our Stripe payment gateway uses Stripe's tokenised storage system.
As a result, the credit card information is submitted to and stored remotely by Stripe not by Voyced as this enhances security greatly.

When you use Credit Card payment for the first time you can indicate that future invoices should use that same Credit Card token.
This should mean that future invoices will try to process a credit card payment automatically (as long as your bank will allow the payment to go through, of course) so you don't have to remember to make the payment, etc.

Time until processing: (Almost) Instant

PayPal

2022:
Because of the high cost and the high number of fraudulent payments, and the way PayPal chooses to handle those, we are no longer accepting PayPal for 1st time/standard orders.

We're very sorry about that but their policies make it too risky for us.

If you have paid a certain number of invoices in time you can request, if still needed and desired, for your account to be set to Paypal as the default payment and we will check if this is possible.
we advise against it and we may require extra security to do so. It's the PayPal rules that make it so.

If your invoice is not set as such, please go to the invoice in the online Clientarea and select the correct payment option 'PayPal'

One of the fastest ways to pay is by using PayPal by using the payment link that will be created on the online invoice.
That way the payment is automatically linked to the correct invoice and should receive almost instantaneous notification of payment from them.

Time until processing: Dependent on checks and securities that need to be verified/set in place.

Take note:
As more clients seem to mistakingly pay invoices in non GBP currencies, we clarify the following:
Any payment sent to us in another currency other than GBP can not be processed automatically ad this is likely to add at least an extra day to the payment process.
The exchange to GBP, for processing and booking against the correct invoice, will be charged at the exchange rate we get from our bank at the moment that we exchange it + an additional 2% (1.5% when the exchanged amount is over £1,500).

If any questions or if you are unclear what to do, please contact us before making a payment so we can advise you.
