Requirements Before You Begin

Update firmware to latest Poly CCX version
-
Ensure your firewall/router allows SIP UDP to
sip.voyced.eu
and RTP UDP ports as per defaults -
Disable SIP ALG on your network

Test your Voyced account with a softphone
-
Set a secure admin password
SIP Trunk Setup Steps
1. Access the Phone’s Settings

On the device, press Home → Settings → Advanced (default password

Navigate to Administration Settings → Lines → Add Line
2. Create or Edit a SIP Account

Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.
