Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.
8. RTP Port Range
-
Voyced uses UDP ports 10000–20000 for audio
-
Make sure your router or firewall allows this
9. NAT and STUN Settings
-
STUN: Disabled
-
NAT Traversal: Off or leave as default
-
Voyced manages NAT internally
-
Do not use any SIP proxy or STUN server
10. Save and Finalise
-
Click Apply or Save
-
Wait for the phone to register with Voyced
-
Go to Line > SIP, and disable all unused lines
Testing Your Setup
Inbound Call Test
-
Call Your-Voyced-DID from another number
-
The Fanvil X7 should ring
Outbound Call Test
-
Call a working number from the Fanvil handset
-
Make sure audio works both ways
-
Press buttons during a call to test DTMF in voicemail or menu systems
Check that:
-
The call connects fast
-
You can hear and be heard clearly
-
DTMF tones work
-
Caller ID is correct
If calls fail, check your balance, concurrency settings, or firewall
Final Tips
-
Change the admin password now if you haven’t
-
Never access the phone interface from outside your network
-
Disable SIP ALG in your router
-
Always use UDP, never TCP or TLS unless specifically instructed
-
DNS setup must follow: NAPTR > SRV > Host fallback
-
No STUN or proxy is needed
-
Use VLANs or static IPs for extra network stability
-
Keep the firmware updated from Fanvil's official site
-
Voyced does not guarantee emergency call routing. Use a mobile or landline for that
