Requirements Before You Begin

Update your phone to the latest firmware from Yealink
-
Ensure your network/firewall allows:
-
SIP over UDP to
sip.voyced.eu
(port as per DNS mode) -
RTP UDP ports
10000–20000

Disable SIP ALG on your router/firewall
-
Have your Voyced account active and tested with a softphone if possible
-
Change the default admin password on the phone for security
SIP Trunk Setup Steps
1. Access the Phone’s Settings

Connect the phone to your network and power it on
-
Press the Menu button → Status to find the IP address
-
Enter this IP address into your web browser and log in as admin
2. Create or Edit a SIP Account

Go to Account → Register
-
Select Account 1 (or any free account slot)
-
Enter:

Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.
Testing Your Setup

Save settings and reboot the phone

Check the account status shows Registered

Make a test outbound call
-
Call the number from an external phone to test inbound

Check audio both ways
Final Tips

Always keep firmware updated

Use a wired connection where possible

Monitor call quality; if issues occur, test alternate codecs

Keep the admin password secure
