Why is my free E-mail address not accepted for registration?

Why We No Longer Accept Free Email Addresses for New Registrations

To maintain the highest level of security and reliability for all our clients, we’ve recently made the decision not to accept free email addresses (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) when registering a new account.

Why this change?

Despite our strong security measures, we’ve seen a rise in attempted abuse of our registration system using free email addresses. While our systems prevent these bad actors from doing any real damage, each attempt still creates unnecessary manual checks, reporting to authorities, and security reviews.

Since nearly all of our real business clients use a company email address anyway, we’ve decided to take this step to further protect the integrity of our platform.

What does this mean for you?

If a free email address is used during signup, the system will notify you that it’s not accepted and invite you to enter a business or custom domain email address instead. This also increases the likelihood that your email verification arrives properly, helping your account get set up without delay.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to keep Voyced secure and professional, for everyone.
