Can I choose a ETR DID / telephone number or range of numbers?

With regards to ETR (Easy to remember) DID's / telephone numbers and/or specific ranges of numbers, most regulatory bodies do not allow that, or at least, do not allow that any more or strongly discourage this.
What happened was that, for example, whole blocks of numbers were rendered 'unusable' as blocks because a few numbers in such a block had already been allocated in such a way.
If you order DIDs / telephone numbers the system randomly selects the next available number(s).

If we can supply an ETR number in the country/region that you require, you will get the shortlist to choose from.
Because of the vast amount of different locations and countries we supply numbers in, we do not hold a pool of DID numbers.
When you purchase a number it is newly provisioned and will be automatically assigned by one of our suppliers.

In some rare case, it might be possible to request vanity numbering from a carrier but this requires manual provisioning and handling and will incur an extra administration charge of around £79 per DID on top of the regular price for a DID in that area.
In such a case will usually supply a shortlist of 1 to a maximum of 3 attractive numbers for you to pick the best option from.

If you request a range of DIDs, some extra cost may incur and these costs can vary on the requested country and the size of the range requested.

If you are interested in one of these options, please let us know what country and area you would need the number(s) in so that we can investigate if a Vanity number/range is possible at all.
