Latest firmware installed

SIP UDP and RTP UDP ports open in firewall/router

SIP ALG disabled

Voyced account tested on softphone

Change default admin password
SIP Trunk Setup Steps
1. Access Web Interface

On the phone, go to Menu → Information → System Info for IP address

Enter IP in browser, log in as admin
2. Configure SIP Account

Identity 1 → Login
-
Display Name: Your Business Name or
Your-Voyced-DID

Account:
Your-Voyced-DID
-
Password:
YourServicePassword

Registrar:
sip.voyced.eu

Port: 5060, UDP
3. Advanced Settings

Caller ID Header:

Voicemail Number:

Voicemail Subscribe: Enabled

STUN: Disabled

DNS Mode: With fallback logic

List in this priority order (from higher quality to lower):

Any other codecs your device supports
Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.
