Requirements Before You Begin

Latest Polycom firmware installed
-
Firewall/router must allow SIP UDP to
sip.voyced.eu
and RTP UDP ports as per defaults -
Disable SIP ALG on your router/firewall

Test your Voyced account with a softphone beforehand
-
Change the default admin password for security
SIP Trunk Setup Steps
1. Access the Web Interface

Press Menu → Status → Network → TCP/IP Parameters to find the IP address
-
Enter this IP in your web browser and log in as admin
2. Create or Edit a SIP Account

Navigate to Settings → Lines → Line 1

Fill in:
-
Display Name: Your Business Name or
Your-Voyced-DID
-
Address:
Your-Voyced-DID
-
Authentication User ID:
Your-Voyced-DID
-
Authentication Password:
YourServicePassword

Label: Voyced

SIP Server Address:

Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.
Testing
