Requirements Before You Begin

Latest firmware installed

Firewall/router allows SIP UDP to
sip.voyced.eu
and RTP UDP ports as per defaults -
SIP ALG disabled

Voyced account tested on a softphone

Default admin password changed
SIP Trunk Setup Steps
1. Access the Web Interface

On the device, go to Settings → Status → Network to get the IP address

Enter the IP in a browser and log in as admin
2. Create/Edit SIP Account

Menu → Settings → Lines
-
Display Name: Your Business Name or
Your-Voyced-DID

Address:
Your-Voyced-DID

Authentication User ID:
Your-Voyced-DID

Authentication Password:
YourServicePassword

Label: Voyced

SIP Server:
sip.voyced.eu

Port: 5060, UDP
3. Advanced Account Settings

Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.
