Requirements Before You Begin

Ensure UniFi Talk Controller is up-to-date

Allow SIP UDP to

and RTP UDP ports as per defaults -
Disable SIP ALG on your router/firewall

Test Voyced account with softphone

SIP Trunk Setup Steps
1. Access the Admin Interface

Via UniFi Talk Controller → Phones → Select Device → SIP Settings
2. Create or Edit a SIP Account

Display Name: Voyced

Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.
