SIP Trunk Setup for Yealink VP59

Setting up your device with Voyced as your Business VoIP Provider.


What You’ll Need

  • Yealink VP59 handset connected to your network

  • Voyced account details:

    • Account / telephone number: Your-Voyced-DID

    • Service password: YourServicePassword

    • SIP server: sip.voyced.eu

  • Access to the phone’s web interface or on-screen menu

  • Administrator login for the phone


Requirements Before You Begin

  • Update firmware to the latest Yealink VP59 version

  • Ensure your firewall/router allows SIP UDP to sip.voyced.eu and RTP UDP ports as per defaults

  • Disable SIP ALG in your network equipment

  • Test your Voyced account via a softphone if possible

  • Change default admin password for security


SIP Trunk Setup Steps

1. Access the Phone’s Settings

  1. Power on and connect the phone to your network

  2. On the phone, go to Menu → Status to see the IP address

  3. Enter the IP in a browser and log in as admin

 

2. Create or Edit a SIP Account

  1. Navigate to Account → Register

  2. Fill in:

    • Account: 1

    • Label: Voyced

    • Display Name: Your Business Name or Your-Voyced-DID

    • Register Name: Your-Voyced-DID

    • User Name: Your-Voyced-DID

    • Password: YourServicePassword

    • SIP Server Host: sip.voyced.eu

 

3. SIP Server Settings

  • Preferred: DNS NAPTR

  • Fallback: SRV → sipnl.voyced.eu

  • Transport: UDP

 

4. Advanced Account Settings

  • Caller ID Header: PAI-RPID-F

  • Voicemail Number: 1233

  • Voicemail Subscribe: Enabled

  • STUN: Disabled

  • DNS Mode: With fallback logic

  • NAT Keep Alive: Enabled

 

5. Codec Settings

List in this priority order (from higher quality to lower):

  • G722 **

  • G723 **

  • G726 **

  • PCMU (u-law)

  • PCMA (a-law)

  • G711

  • G729

  • Opus **

  • iLBC **

  • AMR-WB **

  • AMR **

  • GSM

  • Any other codecs your device supports

Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.

 

Testing

  • Save, reboot

  • Confirm status = Registered

  • Make test inbound/outbound calls
