SIP Trunk Setup for Fanvil A320i

Setting up your device with Voyced as your Business VoIP Provider.


What You’ll Need

  • Fanvil A320i handset connected to your network

  • Voyced account details:

    • Account / telephone number: Your-Voyced-DID

    • Service password: YourServicePassword

    • SIP server: sip.voyced.eu

  • Access to the phone’s web interface or on-screen menu

  • Administrator login for the phone


Requirements Before You Begin

  • Update to the latest Fanvil firmware

  • Ensure your firewall/router allows SIP UDP to sip.voyced.eu and RTP UDP ports as per defaults

  • Disable SIP ALG on your network equipment

  • Test your Voyced account using a softphone if possible

  • Change the phone’s default admin password for security


SIP Trunk Setup Steps

1. Access the Phone’s Settings

  1. Power on and connect the phone to your network

  2. On the phone, go to Menu → Status to find the IP address

  3. Enter the IP in your web browser, log in as admin

 

2. Create or Edit a SIP Account

  1. Go to Line → SIP

  2. Select an available SIP line (e.g., Line 1)

  3. Fill in:

    • User Name: Your-Voyced-DID

    • Authentication Name: Your-Voyced-DID

    • Password: YourServicePassword

    • Server Address: sip.voyced.eu

 

3. SIP Server Settings

  • Preferred:

    • Host: sip.voyced.eu

    • Transport: DNS NAPTR

    • If unavailable, use SRV (port 5060)

  • Fallback:

    • Primary: sip.voyced.eu (5060)

    • Secondary: sipnl.voyced.eu (5060)

  • Transport: UDP

 

4. Advanced Account Settings

  • Caller ID Header: PAI-RPID-F

  • Voicemail Number: 1233

  • Voicemail Subscribe: Enabled

  • STUN: Disabled

  • DNS Mode: With fallback logic

  • NAT Keep Alive: Enabled

 

5. Codec Settings

List in this priority order (from higher quality to lower):

  • G722 **

  • G723 **

  • G726 **

  • PCMU (u-law)

  • PCMA (a-law)

  • G711

  • G729

  • Opus **

  • iLBC **

  • AMR-WB **

  • AMR **

  • GSM

  • Any other codecs your device supports

Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.

 

Testing

  1. Save and reboot

  2. Check status = Registered

  3. Test inbound and outbound calls
