Setting up your device with Voyced as your Business VoIP Provider.
What You’ll Need

Network access with open SIP and RTP ports

Administrator login for the phone
Requirements Before You Begin

Update your phone to the latest firmware from Fanvil
-
Ensure your network/firewall allows:
-
SIP over UDP to
sip.voyced.eu
(port as per DNS mode) -
RTP UDP ports
10000–20000
-
-
Disable SIP ALG on your router/firewall
-
Have your Voyced account active and tested with a softphone if possible

Change the default admin password for security
SIP Trunk Setup Steps
1. Access the Phone’s Settings

Power on and connect the phone to your network
-
On the phone, go to Menu → Status to note the IP address
-
Enter this IP in your web browser, log in as admin
2. Create or Edit a SIP Account

Go to Line → SIP
-
Choose an available SIP line (e.g., Line 1)

Fill in:

Your-Voyced-DID

Authentication Name:
Your-Voyced-DID

If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.
