Requirements Before You Begin

Update firmware to latest stable release

Change the default admin password for security
-
Have a stable network with low packet loss
-
Disable STUN
SIP Trunk Setup Steps
1. Log in to the web interface (http://<phone-ip>
).
2. Go to Line > SIP and set:

SIP Server:
sip.voyced.eu
(Port: 0, Transport: DNS NAPTR) -
If NAPTR not supported:
-
Server 1:
sip.voyced.eu
(Port: 5060, UDP) -
Server 2 (fallback):
sipnl.voyced.eu
(Port: 5060, UDP)

User Name & Auth ID:
Your-Voyced-DID

Password:
YourServicePassword
-
Caller ID Header: PAI-RPID-F
3. Codecs (priority order):
List in this priority order (from higher quality to lower):

G722 **
-
G723 **
-
G726 **
-
PCMU (u-law)
-
PCMA (a-law)
-
G711
-
G729
-
Opus **
-
iLBC **
-
AMR-WB **
-
AMR **
-
GSM
-
Any other codecs your device supports
Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.
4. Voicemail: Enable and set number to 1233
5. DNS Mode: Use DNS SRV with fallback as above
6. Save and reboot
Testing Your Setup

Make a test inbound and outbound call

Check audio both ways

Test voicemail access
