SIP Trunk Setup for Fanvil X3U
Setting up your device with Voyced as your Business VoIP Provider.
What You’ll Need

Fanvil X3U phone and power/network connection

Your Voyced account details
Account / telephone number: Your-Voyced-DID
Service password: YourServicePassword
SIP server: sip.voyced.eu
Requirements Before You Begin

Phone connected to stable internet

Access to phone’s web interface
-
Change default admin password for security
-
Disable STUN
-
Check device firmware is up to date
SIP Trunk Setup Steps

Log in to the Fanvil X3U web interface.

Go to Line → SIP → Account 1.
-
Set SIP Server:
sip.voyced.eu
, Port: 0, Transport: DNS NAPTR.-
If not supported, use SRV with port 5060.

Fallback:
sipnl.voyced.eu
, Port 5060, UDP.

Enter Username: Your-Voyced-DID.
Password: YourServicePassword. -
Set Caller ID Header to PAI-RPID-F.

Codecs (priority order):
List in this priority order (from higher quality to lower):

PCMU (u-law)

PCMA (a-law)

G711

G729
-
Opus **
-
iLBC **

AMR-WB **

-
Any other codecs your device supports
Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again. -

Enable voicemail, number 1233.

Save and reboot.
Testing Your Setup

Place an outbound call.

Call the Voyced number from an external phone.
