SIP Trunk Setup for Yealink T54W
Setting up your device with Voyced as your Business VoIP Provider.
What You’ll Need

Yealink T54W IP phone
-
Internet connection
-
Power adapter or PoE switch

Web browser on the same network

Voyced SIP account details:

Your-Voyced-DID (username)
-
YourServicePassword (password)

SIP server: sip.voyced.eu

Reset the Phone (Optional)
-
Press and hold the OK button for 10 seconds
-
Confirm the reset
-
Wait for the reboot
Requirements Before You Begin

Power up the phone and connect it to the internet
-
On the phone: Menu > Status > IPv4 to see the IP address
-
Enter the IP address in your browser
-
Log in with:
-
Username: admin
-
Password: admin
-
Security Tip:
Change the admin password under Settings > Security > Password

Only change the settings below. Leave all others as they are.
1. Account Registration (Account 1)

2. Basic Settings

Subscribe to Voice Mail: ✅

3. Codec Settings
Go to Account > Codec and set the codec priority.
List in this priority order (from higher quality to lower):

Codecs marked with ** may be supported but aren't guaranteed to work across all global routes.
If you have audio issues, switch back to G711 or G729 and test again.

Disable unused accounts by setting Line Active to off

Testing Your Setup

Call Your-Voyced-DID from another phone

Make an outbound call

Confirm:

Clear audio in both directions

DTMF works (voicemail or menu)

Caller ID is correct

Final Tips

Do not expose the web interface to the internet

Always use UDP
-
Disable STUN and proxy

DNS order: NAPTR → SRV → host fallback

Keep firmware updated

Use VLAN or reserved IP if supported

Voyced SIP accounts do not guarantee emergency call routing
