SIP Trunk Setup for Voyced – Cisco IP PBX (CUCM & CME)
This setup allows inbound and outbound calls between your Cisco voice system and Voyced, using a standard SIP trunk configuration.
What You’ll Need
Make sure you have:

Also ensure:

UDP 5060 is open to/from
sip.voyced.eu
-
UDP 10000–20000 (or your configured RTP range) is open for media
Setup for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Step 1: SIP Trunk Security Profile

Go to: System > Security > SIP Trunk Security Profile

Click Add New
Settings:

Step 2: Add the SIP Trunk

Go to: Device > Trunk > Add New

Type: SIP Trunk

Protocol: SIP

Step 3: Destination Address
On the same trunk:

Step 4: Digest User Setup

Go to: User Management > End User

Add a user:

User ID:
Your-Voyced-DID

Digest Credentials:
YourServicePassword

Back in your SIP trunk, assign this user in the Digest User field.
Step 5: Outbound Dialling

Go to: Call Routing > Route Pattern > Add New

Step 2: Define SIP Trunk Dial-Peer

Step 4: Inbound Dial-Peer
Set the destination to the internal extension or hunt group.
Testing & Logs
For CUCM:

Use RTMT to monitor SIP messages
