Voyced SIP Trunk Setup for 3CX (Manual Configuration)
Works for inbound and outbound calls using Voyced as an external (non-template) SIP provider.

Step-by-Step Configuration
1. Log into 3CX Admin Console

Go to
https://<your-server>:5001

Log in with admin credentials
2. Add a New SIP Trunk

Go to SIP Trunks

Click + Add SIP Trunk
Fill in:

Generic SIP Trunk

Main Trunk Number:
Your-Voyced-DID
Click OK
3. Configure Trunk Settings
Under General tab:

5. Configure DIDs

In the DIDs tab, make sure
Your-Voyced-DID
is listed -
If not, manually add it to route inbound calls
6. Inbound Rules

Go to Inbound Rules

Click + Add DID Rule
Fill in:

8. Codec Priority (Advanced > Codec Priority)
Ensure the following codec order:

9. Firewall & NAT Check
Make sure your firewall allows:
