Can I call a TollFree number from another country?

Can I call a TollFree number from another country?

The simple and truthful answer is, not very likely.

Why not?

One of the basic things about how both TollFree and UIFN numbers work is that they are country bound and therefore only guaranteed to work when called from within that same country.
This is how they were set up and meant to work from the very beginning.

Note that our systems will try to connect (both directions) if possible but it will probably fail.

As a caller, you can solve this by calling from a number in the same country.

As a business owner that has TollFree or UIFN numbers with us, add a number in each country where you want to create a good and reliable, customer centric solution.
Alternatively/additionally but more complex would be to also add Standard telephone numbers to the mix for foreign users or at least for users from countries were you have opted to not have local TollFree or UIFN number.
