Why does (almost) every product mention 'custom'?

Why does (almost) every product mention 'custom'?

As we talk to our clients we often find out that they do not realise that (parts of) the DID/telephone number can be customized.
This can be inbound and/or outbound tracks, the fact that it has to be a new DID or porting in an existing DID, etc etc.
Each product does start at the base as each number or Hosted IPPBX solution has a standard configuration but you, as our client, will have exclusive use of the environment we set up specifically for you and the DID/number is purchased, implemented and maintained for your exclusive use.

We feel that putting the (custom) in the product name will make (potential) clients more clearly realise that our solutions may start as standard but that they can be, and almost always are, tailored to their specific need and use.
