Allowed timeframe to supply us with required paperwork for DID registration.

What are the allowed timeframes to supply us with the required paperwork for your DID/telephone number registration/allocation/activation?

Upon payment of the order, the order process is started and a DID/telephone number will be allocated a.s.a.p.

If that specific DID has registration requirements you will need to supply us with paperwork to be able to activate the phone number for you.
We will urge you to send these documents to us, as a reply to our ticket or as a new ticket, within 3 working days.

After 7 working days, the local operator/legislator may demand that we release the allocated number again and we will have to comply with that.
A notification to that effect will be sent to you at that time.

If we have not received the required paperwork before the deadline, the following is likely to happen:

- We will have to start a new setup procedure of the requested DID once the paperwork does arrive.
- There may be additional setup cost for this new setup action, but we will try to prevent that, wherever we can.
- The new to be allocated DID will almost certainly be different DID to the one before, in case we already advised you as to what DID it would be.
