Is inbound traffic on Standard DIDs/Telephone numbers free?

Yes, in essence, it is for most if not all Standard telephone numbers, unless otherwise indicated.

We do have a Fair-Use policy in place to prevent abuse or wrongful use.
If we wouldn't, there would be no legal way for us to stop abusive use, but with normal use, there will be no issue whatsoever.

The Fair-Use Policy is based on an expected balance between Inbound and Outbound call volume with normal business use and on the average call volumes/balance of similar clients in our client base.

Any client that would hit any of these limits regularly will be contacted and there are several actions that can be taken, depending on the individual situation.
