What do I need to put in the .txt file that is requested?

What is the information that eneds to be in the .txt file that I need to uplaod for the customer/number verification?


As a general guideline, the following details will be used for verification of the ordered telephone number so need to be correct and matching the requirements.
For example, if a local address in the correct area code is required the following details need to match the area code of the number ordered, etc.

Please created the .txt file with the details as:
