2. Check the Announcements page for possible maintenance work or disruptions

Although we try very hard to prevent any disturbances in the service, we do have to do some maintenance work every now and then and it is possible that something just doesn't function as it should.
We are very alert on this, so we'll post both on the Announcements page.

So please check https://www.voyced.eu/clients/announcements.php to see if there are any known issues.
Al planned maintenance will be displayed there as well as all disturbances in service that we know of.
