Service Affected: Hosted IPPBX interface and SIP cluster connection

Start Date: Wednesday, 18th of July 2018,  2:00 AM (BST)

End Date: Wednesday, 18th of July 2018,  4:00 AM (BST)

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

The supplier of the base IPPBX that we build our Hosted IPPBX environment on has provided a collection of hotfixes for the Hosted IPPBX and our SIP cluster suite.
The package has been fully QA tested, and the installation has been simulated in a local lab mirror of our own cluster suite. 

Usually, we would class this as routine maintenance and conclude the package installation during our offpeak maintenance window (0200 to 0400 BST).
However, given the current complexity of the platform (and the scope of the hotfixes), we have elected to forewarn our clients, in the event of unanticipated disruption to one (or more) services.

The installation will conclude at 04:00 AM BST on 18th July 2018.
A SIP Cluster restart will occur, and active calls will drop, but there should be no other service interruption.
