Dear (potential) client,
Current developments in Ukraine have a direct impact on Voyced's services related to Russia and Belarus.
We already stopped delivery of any new numbers in both Russia and Belarus a week or so ago. We were hoping that was all that we would have to do and that it would only be a temporary measure.
We now have to inform you that Voyced has to suspend the operation, registration and transfers of all numbers in Russia and Belarus immediately for at least a month and possibly indefinitely.
Our suppliers and economic sanctions leave us no choice as they are having to do the same.
We are trying our best to keep terminating calls to both countries up and running as best we can and as long as we can. This is because we feel that we need to try and keep communication channels open for all involved.
Our systems will stop any call traffic to and from those areas even stricter and quicker than normal if the system indicates it may be troublesome traffic.
Voyced condemns any and all forms of violence.
Therefore, in the interest of all concerned, we hope for a speedy resolution of this conflict and everything going back to as normal as possible.
