The Fanvil i10 series SIP intercom devices, carry Fanvil's 10+ years of industrial experience in technology and product design, combining IP technology together with industrial intercoms. The Fanvil i10 series is a robust SIP video door phone a built-in 1W speaker and an acoustic echo canceller. This video intercom is waterproof and dustproof and has 2 SIP lines, auto-answer and a dynamic multicast function



The Fanvil SIP Video Intercom is designed for operation in indoor conditions.

Remotely configuring a SIP/VoIP telephone with basic settings (DHCP/SIP account settings) + your Voyced SIP settings. This can only be ordered when we are supplying you with the hardware phones. You need to add this service once for each device you want us to configure and it should make your phones plug and play!
You will have to let us know the following:
- Do you want the install to be done with DHCP switched on?
- If you don't want DHCP, you will have to let us know the set IP number for that device + full network details.
- What SIP account should be installed on the device.
- Country in which the phone will be used (for time settings)
To set up the remote session you will need to plug in the phone to the POE network/network and power and start a remote session with us from a computer in that same network. Once we set up the remote session you let us know the IP address of the phone and we'll connect to it and set it up.
