sip.voyced.eu
-
An Asterisk or FreePBX instance directly connected to SuiteCRM’s Telephony integration

Requirements Before You Begin
-
SuiteCRM does not include native SIP registration but integrates directly with Asterisk (or any PBX supporting AMI and SIP).
-
Your PBX will register directly to Voyced, and SuiteCRM will connect to the PBX for click-to-call, call pop-ups, and call logging.
-
Your firewall must allow:
-
SIP signalling to
sip.voyced.eu
on UDP/TCP 5060 -
RTP media on UDP ports 10000–20000
-
Step 1 – Configure Your PBX to Register to Voyced
On your Asterisk or FreePBX system, add:
-
Replace the placeholders with your actual Voyced credentials.
-
Save and reload the dialplan.
Step 2 – Enable SuiteCRM Asterisk Integration
-
Log in to SuiteCRM as an Administrator.
-
Go to Admin → Asterisk Configuration (you may need the “Asterisk Connector” module enabled).
-
Enter:
-
Asterisk Host: IP or hostname of your PBX
-
Asterisk Port: Default
5038
for AMI -
Asterisk Username: AMI user created on PBX
-
Asterisk Secret: AMI password
-
-
Save.
Step 3 – Assign Extensions to Users
-
Go to Admin → User Management.
-
Open a user’s profile.
-
Set Extension to the PBX extension mapped to that user.
-
Save.
Step 4 – Test the Integration
-
Place a call from SuiteCRM using click-to-call.
-
Confirm the PBX routes the call over Voyced SIP trunk.
-
Receive an inbound call to your Voyced DID and verify a pop-up appears in SuiteCRM.
Step 5 – Voicemail
-
If you use Voyced voicemail, dial
1233
from your SIP phone connected to the PBX.
Troubleshooting
-
No registration: Check SIP login/password and firewall rules.
-
No CRM pop-ups: Confirm AMI settings in Asterisk and SuiteCRM match.
-
One-way audio: Ensure RTP ports are open both ways.
