  • Voyced DID Account: Your-Voyced-DID

  • Service Password: YourServicePassword

  • SIP Server: sip.voyced.eu

  • A Bitrix24 account with Telephony enabled

  • Admin access to your Bitrix24 settings

Requirements Before You Begin

  1. Your Bitrix24 plan must include the SIP Connector feature.

  2. Ensure your internet connection can reach sip.voyced.eu on UDP/TCP 5060.

  3. Allow RTP ports 10000–20000 (UDP) through your firewall for media.

Step 1 – Access the Telephony Settings

  1. Log in as an Administrator in Bitrix24.

  2. Go to CRMTelephonyConfigure Telephony.

  3. Click on Connect SIP PBX.

Step 2 – Select “SIP Connector”

  1. Choose Cloud PBX (SIP Connector).

  2. Click Connect.

Step 3 – Enter Voyced SIP Details

Fill in the fields as follows:

  • Server (PBX address): sip.voyced.eu

  • Login: Your-Voyced-DID

  • Password: YourServicePassword

  • SIP Port: 5060

  • Transport: UDP (TCP if required)

  • STUN Server: Leave blank (Voyced does not require STUN)

Step 4 – Configure Caller ID

  1. Still in the Telephony settings, go to Caller ID.

  2. Set your Voyced DID as the default outbound Caller ID.

  3. Save changes.

Step 5 – Assign Numbers to Users

  1. Go to TelephonyConfigure Users.

  2. Assign the connected Voyced number(s) to the relevant Bitrix24 users.

Voyced recommends:

  • G722

  • G711A (PCMA)

  • G711U (PCMU)

  • G729 (optional, fallback)

Most Bitrix24 SIP connections negotiate automatically, but check your PBX/SBC settings if calls fail.

Step 7 – Test Your Connection

  1. Use the Bitrix24 webphone or a connected SIP desk phone.

  2. Place an inbound and outbound test call.

  3. Confirm:

    • Registration status shows Active

    • Audio quality is clear both ways

    • Caller ID displays correctly

Optional Features

  • Voicemail: Use 1233 for Voyced voicemail retrieval

  • Call Recording: Enable in Telephony → Call Recording (storage limits may apply)

  • Call Forwarding: Can be set within Bitrix24 or in your Voyced account

Troubleshooting

  • Registration fails: Check credentials and ensure the SIP Connector is active.

  • One-way audio: Verify firewall RTP port range is open.

  • Dropped calls: Check internet stability and SIP registration expiry (Voyced default: 3600 seconds).
