Setting up a SIP Trunk with Voyced in FusionPBX
Supports inbound and outbound calling using Voyced as an external provider.
What You’ll Need
Before starting, make sure you have:

FusionPBX admin access

Your Voyced SIP credentials:

An internet connection with SIP (UDP) ports open in your firewall
Requirements Before You Begin

Ensure your FusionPBX server has a public IP or is properly NAT configured.

Allow inbound/outbound SIP traffic on UDP port 5060 and RTP ports (usually 10000–20000).

Disable any SIP ALG on your router/firewall.

Make sure DNS resolution is working so your PBX can resolve
sip.voyced.eu
.
Step 1: Log into FusionPBX

Open your browser and log in to FusionPBX with admin credentials.

Go to Accounts → Gateways.
Step 2: Create the Voyced Gateway

Click Add.

Enter the following details:

Step 3: Save and Apply

Click Save

Go to Status → SIP Status and check if the Voyced trunk shows as Registered.
Step 4: Outbound Route Setup

Go to Dialplan → Outbound Routes.

Click Add and fill in:

Example:
This will route any dialled number (with or without +) to Voyced.
Step 5: Inbound Route Setup

Go to Dialplan → Inbound Routes.

Click Add and fill in:

Step 6: Codec Settings
Voyced supports:

alaw (G.711A)
-
ulaw (G.711U)
Go to Advanced → SIP Profiles → external and ensure only PCMA,PCMU
are enabled for best compatibility.
Step 7: Testing

Make an inbound test call to your Voyced DID.

Make an outbound test call to verify routes are working.
Troubleshooting
-
No registration → Check firewall/NAT, verify username/password.
-
One-way audio → Confirm NAT settings and RTP ports.

404 on inbound calls → Ensure Inbound Route matches exactly the format Voyced sends (with country code, no +).
✅ Tip:
Once working, you can duplicate this setup for other providers by copying the Gateway and changing credentials, but for Voyced, always keep the SIP server as sip.voyced.eu
