Where can I find the account details so I can connect a device to my Voyced number/account(s)?

To locate the DID details
(this is what you will need to register a VoIP device/number to the Hosted IPPBX)
(DID = Telephone number but your device setup may also be called Username or Caller ID or something like that)

a) Log into the IPPBX at the location and with the details for your Hosted IPPBX environment.

b) At client level with go to: IP Centrex > Phone Lines

c) There you will see all the DIDs that belong to your client account and you can drill down into each DID by clicking the little Wrench icon in front of the DID.

d) Once you select to drill down into a specific account/number, you will find all DID-specific details (The DID as displayed is your VoIP connection 'Username') and also the password that you need to set up this VoIP connection on your phone.
That VoIP password is specific to each account and can be found here: My Profile > Settings: Service Password
(take note, this is Not and should never be the same as the password for the web interface login)

Further generic VoIP settings such as the SIP server
All further generic (non-DID specific) details that you need to set up your VoIP connection, like what SIP server to use, can be found in our knowledgebase:
https://www.voyced.eu/clients/knowledgebase/4/Basic-setup-information.html

You should not have to set any more settings than indicated by us, so even if your setup seems to need them please ignore them for now.

Take note
If you have not purchased any TopUp Call Credit yet, do so now as the system may be all set up for you but if there are no Call Credit funds in your account, you won't be able to make or receive any calls. We strongly advise you to always add your TopUps to the Hosted IPPBX account as in that case it will be available for all the DIDs/telephone numbers in your account.
