We'll use this maintenance window to move the Voyced Clientarea and website to new servers.
We do not expect this work to take more than a few minutes but we're setting a 30-minute window just to be sure.

The following services may possibly be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • Voyced website
  • Voyced Clientarea
  • E-mail
Our other web services, website, email and all other telephony services and calls will work as normal and as expected.

The move has been completed with a total downtime of well under 5 minutes.
We're very pleased to have been able to keep the s to a minimum but apologise anyway if you did get affected.

Our Clientarea and are now running on our hyper-modern new server platform, slightly earlier than planned but that will just give the extra stability and performance a little earlier.
