Service Affected: Follow-up on the Emergency maintenance to repair/replace 2 faulty components.

Impact: Some services will possibly be unavailable for a short period.

End Date: Tuesday, 22nd of January 2019, 06:00 PM (UTC)

Status Report: Service Status

Description:
We'll use this maintenance window to test and replace some additional possibly faulty components that we came across during last week's maintenance session.
In the Hosted IP PBX cluster and in the Dedicated Replica Database.
We do not expect this work to take more than 30 minutes but we've mentioned the standard minimum maintenance window just in case.

The following services may possibly be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • Hosted IPPBX web interface
  • UM (Unified Messaging)
  • IVR (Interactive Voice Response / Digital Secretary / Automatic Attendant)
  • CDR's
Our other web services, website, email and all other telephony services and calls will work as normal and as expected.
