We would like you to know about the following planned maintenance window.

Service Affected: Primary gateway for our Mobile Office SIMs

Start Date: Wednesday, 22nd September 2021, 03:00 AM (UTC)

Start Date: Wednesday, 22nd September 2021, 05:00 AM (UTC) or much earlier if all goes well

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

The work being performed is a software upgrade to the primary gateway firewall.

During the maintenance, a connected eSIM session will disconnect and reconnect via the secondary route.


Once the software upgrade is completed, traffic will be moved back to the primary gateway where the sessions will disconnect and reconnect again.

Please note, reconnection is dependant on device behaviour which may impact the duration of the reconnect process.

All other VoIP and (Hosted) services and the general website, Clientarea and related services will continue to work as usual.
We will do our utmost to keep the downtime to a minimum.
