End Date: Wednesday, 29th April 2020, 03:45 AM (UTC) or much earlier if all goes well

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

We're upgrading and expanding the Internet uplink facilities to our web server cluster.
During this upgrade, we expect an offline window of fewer than 15 minutes and as the servers themselves will remain online, the moment the uplink is up, all website and Clientarea services will be available again.

All this means that only the general website, Clientarea and related services won't always be available.

All other (Hosted) services and all VoIP telephony services will continue to work as usual.
We will do our utmost to keep the downtime to a minimum.

Our email and telephony will work and of course, our Hosted IPPBX is unaffected by this so all VoIP traffic will go through and continue to receive and terminate all calls as expected.
