Status Report: Service Status

Description:
Our client area server seemed to have run into some issues which might be related to some additional installation work we performed on this server a short while ago. Engineers have responded immediately and are working in unison in an attempt to find the problem and therefore the solution as quickly as possible.
Our IPPBX is unaffected by this so all VoIP traffic will go through and continue to terminate as expected.

Update 04:30 AM (GMT):
It seems an issue has arisen from new / updated security protocol implementations. Engineers are working hard to isolate the problem and take action to getting the server back on-line.

Update 5:15 AM (GMT):
Services are coming back on-line and the issues have been found and corrected.

Update 5:45 AM (GMT):
The server is running and stable as it should, but we may need to reboot the server a few more time as we adjust and tweak some settings.
We'll deem the issue solved and will keep a close eye on those servers for now.
