End Date: Saturday, 13th August 2016, 06:00 PM (BST)
Status Report: Service Status
Description:
The Technical team will upgrade the capacity of our primary server cluster location.
During these works, resilience will be removed from all services as links are taken out of service, reconfigured and restored to service.
This will result in traffic being rerouted, and brief bursts of packet loss as configurations are updated.
Some inbound and outbound VoIP customers may see calls disconnect, however, redialling will result in traffic rerouting and should get the call going through these new routes immediately.
