We would like you to know about the following issue.

Service Affected: Some intermittent IPPBX connectivity issues.

Description:
We have been some intermittent IPPBX connectivity issues and are working to get the network stable again as soon as possible.

Update 10:10:

Our network engineers have localised the cause of the issue and they are going actively and urgently taking steps to correct the issue. 

Update 10:25:

The issue has been identified as being created by one of our upstream provider and the automatic fall-back is not taking over properly.

Update 10:50:

Re-routing of the errored traffic has been applied and should gradually solve the issue over the next 10 minutes or so.  Obviously we are keeping a very close eye on solving this issue.

Update 11:07:

It has become apparent that the issue is more broad than first anticipated; Telecom Malaysia have caused a series of route leeks, that have taken a large number of global network ISPs offline, most notably: an outage in Level3's core network seems to have taken down a wide range of online services around the world and interconnects to local ISPs. Regretfully, not least impacting our own services.

We are working with and talking to all parties involved / needed to restore our service to a stable service again a.s.a.p.

Update 11:25:

Re-routing of the errored traffic has been applied and we are now seeing stability return to the availability of the servers and services. We will keep a very close eye on this, of course, but we are confident that traffic is now sorting itself out and will remain to do so. We expect the connectivity issue to sort itself out gradually over the next 10 minutes or so.

Update 12:30:

We have seen stable connectivity and traffic again for well over an hour now so we're closing this issue as being solved. We will keep an eye for a while longer, but all seems to be running smoothly again.
