Start Date: Friday, 19th of December 2025, 02:00 AM (UTC) or much earlier if all goes well

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

To ensure the quality of our service, we need to carry out regular improvements to our network.
We do most of our maintenance without any disruption, but sometimes we need to temporarily interrupt our services

 

For this reason, we have planned a maintenance window during the above times on a small part of our Dutch Geographic redundant network POP.

 

On most of these maintenances, we don’t expect any downtime but as this maintenance windown will apply some major upgrades we will have to do a full reboot to apply some of the these upgrades. 
We will strive to keep downtime to a minumum, but a short downtime is to be expected for this.
It will likely only be a few minutes with a maximum of 15 to 30 minutes, within the indicated maintenance window.
Please plan accordingly, where needed.

 

All other VoIP and (Hosted) services and the general website, Clientarea and related services will continue to work as usual.

We will do our utmost to keep the downtime to a minimum.
