Status Report: Service Status

Description:

In order to apply an SSL certificate on one of our Partner environments, we will be performing a routine restart of web services.

This means web based services and API's will be offline for a short period (<5 minutes) once the restart is initiated.

It should be noted that as the Unified Message servers utilise API's for IVR functionality, call's via IVRs will also be impacted. 

 

There will be no impact to standard call traffic

 

All other VoIP, Mobile Office SIM and eSIM solution and the general website, Clientarea and related services will continue to work as usual.

We will do our utmost to keep the downtime to a minimum.
