Description:
We would like to inform you of the upcoming planned engineering work on our Mobile Office eSIM services only.
Our upstream provider will be conducting some improvements to their systems.
There is expected to be a drop in ongoing data sessions for customers using the service during the maintenance period.
These will be picked up by an alternative system automatically.
Minimal impact is expected.
All other VoIP, Mobile Office SIM and (Hosted) services and the general website, Clientarea and related services will continue to work as usual.
We will do our utmost to keep the downtime to a minimum.
