Service Affected: Possible issue with phones registering to our UK based Hosted IPPBX cluster.

Start Date: Thursday, 1st of June 2023,  05:35 PM (BST)

End Date: Thursday, 1st of June 2023,  06:25 PM (BST)

Status: Solved

Description:
A part of our UK based network had an issue.
Engineers started the investigation immediately upon finding out about this and have started rerouting SIP and Hosted IPPBX traffic to alternative, backup networks.
Those that have set up their devices with our geographic redundant option have all switched over correctly and smoothly.

We're investigating what happened and how to solve it asap.

Update 06:25 PM (BST): 

We're not sure of why this happened but both the rerouted network segments as well as the original network segments are all up and running again.
Priority was given to solving this issue and we'll now start investigating how this could have happened and how we can possibly prevent this in the future.

We see many device registrations coming back in again so this has indeed solved the issue.
If your device has not come back online you may be able to force it to do so by rebooting.
