Dear Customer,

We would like you to know about the following changes in availability and of our staff over the coming Holiday period en a little end of Year message.

Over the coming holiday period, starting Friday the 23rd of December, there will be fewer staff on call so there will be some changes to our opening/support hours/options.

All essential services and maintenance will, of course, continue as normal and there is 2nd level support staff on call at all times for any situation where their expertise would be required. The 24/7 monitoring of all our systems and services will also continue as normal so service will be at its normal excellent level as you have come to, and would expect, from us.

However, web chat will only be available when there is enough staff available to cover it properly. And as we will be working with a skeleton staff it may take a little longer for non-urgent requests and enquiries to be dealt with. Therefore, we would like to ask you to possibly use our ticketing system as a primary entry if you have any issues and/or questions.
You may have to be a little more patient as it may take us a little longer to get to you as we will also prioritise the support requests that do come in.

Obviously, our online ordering system is available and don't forget that there may be some Special EOY (End of Year) deals to be had. If so, they will be announced via Special Up2Date (our digital mailing) and/or through specific Social media channels so make sure you follow them all!

2022

I think we can all agree that 2022 was still very different from what we all hoped and thought it would be. All our lives are still affected by globe affecting events and we've all had some new challenges come our way. We learn to live with them or find our way around them as much as we can. We say thanks to those that helped, remember those we have lost and welcome all those that were new this year.

We also thank all of our existing suppliers and clients for believing in us and what we do, the quality we ring and stand for, our portfolio that keeps on growing and the new functions and products that we have brought to you, to help you do even better business.
Of course we also thank all the new clients that have joined our family. Thank you for taking a (hopefully small) leap of faith and signing up. We trust that we have more than excelled on the expectation you may have had as we continuously work to maintain and even improve.

The following is always a thing we all look forward to:
We would also like to announce this years feedback score for our support team.
With great pride, we can now announce that your yearly average feedback score came to a very impressive 9.8125 out of a possible 10. Again, many months had an average of 9.9 or higher out of 10, even higher than previous years. There is and always will still be room for improvement but seeing that we are constantly scoring in the high 9's the last few years and getting higher marks means that we are on the right track. We think it is an amazing score already, don't you agree?!

In 2022 we had one of the biggest upgrades/updates of our Hosted IPPBX platform in many years, with 0 downtime or issues!,
We also added many new products, such as more countries, our roaming SIM options, a new multi-platform SoftPhone, our own line of Business Desktop phones, new and/or improved functionality, expanded options and much more.
Reliability, service levels and quality have been improved even further.

With regret, we've also had to say goodbye to some clients and staff, we hope that they are doing well, and happily welcomed many new ones.

2023

Let's make 2023 a year to remember for all the right reasons :-)

We are all sure that you'll love the new functions, the enhanced reliability and quality our upgrades and expansions will bring as this will influence how you can do business even more easily.
