Description:
We would like to inform our clients of some necessary emergency maintenance on all VoIP SIM services (Dynamic IP, Fixed IP and private APN).
The Roaming Office VoIP SIM services may experience a short interruption to service.
It is expected that there will be a maximum of 20 minutes of interruptions to the service however VoIP SIM services will be deemed at risk of connection issues during the above maintenance window. All efforts will be made to minimise disruption.
All other VoIP and (Hosted) services and the general website, Clientarea and related services will continue to work as usual.
We will do our utmost to keep the downtime to a minimum.
