Dear Customer,

We would like you to know about the following changes in availability and of our staff over the coming Holiday period en a little end of Year message.

Over the coming holiday period, starting Thursday the 23rd of December, there will be fewer staff on call so there will be some changes to our opening/support hours/options.

All essential services and maintenance will, of course, continue as normal and there is 2nd level support staff on call at all times for any situation where their expertise would be required. The 24/7 monitoring of all our systems and services will also continue as normal so service will be at its normal excellent level as you have come to, and would expect, from us.

However, web chat will only be available when there is enough staff available to cover it properly. And as we will be working with a skeleton staff it may take a little longer for non-urgent requests and enquiries to be dealt with. Therefore, we would like to ask you to possibly use our ticketing system as a primary entry if you have any issues and/or questions.
You may have to be a little more patient as it may take us a little longer to get to you as we will also prioritise the support requests that do come in.

Obviously, our online ordering system is available and don't forget that there are still new Special EOY (End of Year) deals to be had, which change every few days, until the 1st of Jan!

2021

I think we can all agree that 2021 was a different year from what we all had hoped of it but we all did our best and we've reached the end and we're looking forward to the new year. Once again we have been able to welcome many new clients of all sizes and from all around the globe this year.

Many of you have given us feedback on the performance of our support team. With pride, we can now announce that your yearly average feedback score came to an amazing 9.611 out of a possible 10. Many months we were even hitting 9.8 or 9.9 out of 10. There is and always will still be room for improvement but seeing that we are constantly scoring in the high 9's the last few years, we think it is an amazing score already, don't you agree?!

In 2021 we've added many new products, new functionality, expanded options and much more.
And don't forget that we've prepared a major upgrade for the Hosted IPPBX platform which will be rolled out in January.
Reliability, service levels and quality have been improved even further and with regret, we've had to say goodbye to some clients and staff and happily welcomed many new ones.

2022

Let's make 2022 a year to remember for all the right reasons :-)

I know that we have many amazing things planned, and we're starting mid-January already with the biggest Upgrade of the Hosted IPPBX platform in many years.
We are all sure that you'll love the new function, the enhanced reliability and quality this will bring as this will influence how you can do business even more easily.
